My dog has fleas

Apparently my dog has fleas.  She has never had a problem before so I never suspected she would have one now.  I got her groomed and they bathed her three times. 

Now for the OCD. 

I think I am itching all the time. My house is mostly wood, but I have treated the small amount of carpet with flea powder.  I sprayed the yard and now I have mopped three times.  Why do I still feel itchy?  Can they be here still?  WTF!
