Shakespeare Dallas will be welcoming handmade crafters, designers, and artists to the 2010 Summer in the Park season!

Our two plays run for six weeks during the summer the exact dates are June 16-July 24. We run six days a week and are dark no show or activity at the park on Mondays.
We will be charging a flat rate of $25 per vendor/per night for space on the plaza. Any profits that the vendor makes on a particular night belong to the vendor.

We will have about 12 to 15 booths available with access to electricity each night, with space for an additional 3-5 booths that do not require electricity. I will be able to assign booths with electricity on a first-come-first-served basis. The vendor area will be lit after dark although we do try to keep the plaza darkened during the show.

On an average night we have 300-700 audience members. On a busy night opening and closing nights, weekends, etc. we have up to 1300 audience members in the park. As you can see, there are lots of opportunities for new patrons!

Alger Park / Ash Creek Neighborhood Association Garden Tour

Several public and private gardens East of White Rock Lake will be open to the public (around 600+ people) on Saturday, June 5, 2010 from 9 am to 3 pm. This free tour will feature Xeriscape, Asian and English inspired gardens. Curtis Fesser is seeking artists who would like to display their art during the garden tour at his location. Mr. Fesser will assist artists with setup and other logistics. If you are interested in participating, please contact Mr. Fesser as soon as possible. Space is limited. There is no fee and artists retain 100% of their proceeds.
