Entry Requirements
§ Photograph, digital image or sketch must be submitted with entry for display planning. NOTE: To have your entry considered for the marketing postcard, please submit a high quality 300 dpi digital photo in .JPG format.
§ Open to all TSA members. Sculpture must not have previously won a TSA award, and must not be currently entered in the September 2010 Collaborage show.
§ If your membership has expired, or you wish to join TSA, please enclose payment to cover your 2010 membership dues.
§ Due to space limitations submit no more than two entries per person. $15.00 per entry.

Delivery of Work
§ Work will be accepted at The aLoft Hotel front door (71” wide x 107”tall) or side door (43”wide x 95” tall) on Saturday, July 17, from 9am-6pm. There may also be opportunity to install large pieces outdoors or in the pool area.

Media and Specifications
§ Three-dimensional sculptural media
§ Indoor sculpture for pedestal, floor, and wall (wall sculpture MUST be ready for hanging); Outdoor sculpture (Artist MUST supply appropriate stakes or materials to secure sculpture)
§ Artwork must be suitable for family viewing. TSA and aLoft Hotel reserve the right to refuse any work.
§ Each piece must have an attached laminated label – use the label on TSA website, with artist name, title of the piece, contact information, and price. For label, go to: http://txsculpture.com/images/Interactive_TSA_Tag_Landscape.pdf
§ All works must stay for the duration of the exhibition, no exceptions.
§ All sculpture must fit through a 71” wide door. Every effort will be made to accommodate artists with complex installations.
MEMBER JUDGED SHOW
TSA members may VOTE TO CHOOSE THEIR FAVORITE PIECE.
On-line voting will be available prior to the reception.
Cash Awards
§ Cash Awards will be presented at the Artists’ Reception
o FIRST PLACE $350
o SECOND PLACE $250
o THIRD PLACE $100
o HONORABLE MENTION $50
Display
§ Pedestals will be provided to members for a $15 fee. The artist must arrange to pick up and return the pedestal to the TSA storage location in Addison (details to be provided when the artist requests use of pedestal). The purpose of the fee is for maintenance of the current pedestal inventory and to have new ones made with funds collected by the “usage” fee. Members may provide their own pedestals. There are a limited number of pedestals, and will be rented out on a first come/first served basis. Arrangements to pick up the pedestal at the TSA storage facility in Addison must be made with one of the show chairs. Every effort will be made to accommodate your sculpture to display it most favorably.

Purchases
§ All sales of artwork will be made through the member, so be sure to provide member email and phone number(s).
§ The aLoft Hotel prefers to support emerging artists, and will take no commissions from sale of artist work(s).
Liability
While TSA provides insurance covering any damages to hotel due to loading and unloading into the facility, artists will be asked to sign a waiver releasing the aLoft Hotel from damages to the artist due to theft or otherwise while the sculpture is residing at the facility during the show.
Pick up: Saturday, August 28th. ALL artwork MUST be picked up on this date, unless arrangements made otherwise with one of the Show Co-Chairs.
